GENERAL RETURNS
We accept:
- Returns of defective or wrong item/size/colour item
- Returns of items with measurement error
- Returns of items with stain/visible defect (>2cm)
- Returns can only be made one time per order number. Any order made with return store credit cannot be returned nor exchanged for the consequent time.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Kindly note that we do not provide cash refunds, only returns for a store credit.
- Returns are applicable on regular-priced orders only.
- Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
- Customer to inform us within 5 days upon receipt of the item, fill up the Return & Exchange Form and email the soft copy back to us at nowornever.online@gmail.com, or via Facebook/Instagram inbox. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- Customer to post the item to us within 7 days after informing us. Return and exchange are strictly not allowed if exceeded the period.
- Orders have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. A store return credit discount code with 90 days validity will be issued thereafter.
- Customers are fully responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please appoint a registered courier service company for the returns and keep all proof of mailing (eg.: consignment notes, tracking number) from the courier service company.
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in the original packing bag. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.

Now or Never Fashion reserves the right to reject a return and/or exchange if the returned item does not meet the requirements for returns stated above, or if Now or Never Fashion fails to receive the returned item. For light colours items, extra care is required when handling them, Now or Never Fashion reserves the right to reject the return, refund, and/or exchange if the item is stained or dirty.
Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
- Returns & exchanges take place only after you have reached out to the team 5 days upon receipt of the item and the details required are correct & complete.
- DO NOT send back the parcel before return approval. Customers who make returns directly will bear the cost to repost it back & Now or Never Fashion will not bear any consequences if parcel is sent to the wrong address.
Once you have read and understood our complete return policy, kindly fill up your return form HERE and we will get back to you in 1-3 working days.
DEFECTS/WRONG ITEMS SENT
- We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will require them to be mailed back to us via traceable courier service for local orders. Please do not send the item(s) back on your own accord.
- Kindly email us at nowornever.online@gmail.com or dm us in fb/ig @nowornever.fashion with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further before sending back the item.
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in the original packing bag. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.
- The replacement piece will be sent out within 3 working days for Ready Stock and 16-20 days for Pre-Order items upon receiving the returned parcel. If the item is no longer available, a store credit with 90 days validity will be issued.
- Postage charges incurred will be refunded together in store credit.

MEASUREMENTS/REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
- Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm due to the different stretchable quality of material and the way measurement is taken. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect.
- For printed items, please note that placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.- - - For light colored items, there may have slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
- Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
EXCLUSION
The following categories are not returnable/exchangeable: Sale items (with discounted prices before promo code is applied), panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle, and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
PROCESSING TIME
Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 14 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any.
